In this first installment of The Mighty Motor Films, director Sinuhe Xavier takes us on a cinematic ride with Davide Berruto of Shelter Half aboard his Ducati Paul Smart through the streets of downtown Los Angeles. As this series grows we will meet more motorcycles, hearing the way they sound and getting to know their owners a bit more. This is a celebration of the motor and those who celebrate it with us.
The Ducati Paul Smart 1000LE was produced in a limited edition of 2000 globally to commemorate Paul Smart's 1972 victory at the Imola 200km race. The bike was designed with the racing bikes of the 70's in mind by Pierre Terblanche, the bubble half fairing and the supersports rear end certainly ring of a retrostalgic look. Like most bikes of that era it is absolutely beautiful to look at and while saying it looks fast sitting still is a cliche´, you can't deny it.
We hope you enjoy this new series and if you know of bike we should meet, please reach out.
