We took a quick look at the The Speed Merchant's "Pata Negra" and "The Mako" after their round trip back from The Handbuilt Show in Austin, TX.  The bikes definitely speak for themselves. Two American V-twins with totally different styling. They both have a great mix of new and old school in them that just makes perfect sense. They sound amazing and although we didn't get to test ride them, we're sure they roll as good as they look.  This is one shop we are always excited and never disappointed to see what comes out the doors.
